This same axiom holds true as we look at the first-class gated community known as Windsor Palms Resort. This premium development is located literally 3 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World's entrance.
Being a Four Star Resort Community, these homes and condos were built by Park Square Homes less than six years ago. During its existence, this top-flight resort has enjoyed a most attractive clientele. That is understandable considering the vast list of amenities that are available to guests.
The condos and townhomes are exceptionally nice as you can tell by the pictures and the online brochure attached here. In all units the master bedroom will have a large bed, generally a King or Queen and the other bedrooms typically offer two twins.

The 3 bedroom 3 bath townhomes offer a little more space than the condos, and the townhomes also come equipped with a small private splash pool which is a great way to cool off after a long day at Disney World. In the townhomes, each bedroom has it's own private bath with two bedrooms located upstairs and one bedroom located downstairs.
A year ago we polled our many satisfied guests who had picked Windsor Palms over other accommodations. We asked them why they picked this property making it one of the more popular in our portfolio. The first answer given was that it was so convenient to Disney World. This response was given by 42% of the respondents.
The second answer to our question was the low nightly rates. It seems that the guests who found Windsonr Palms so attractive had a larger party and wanted the added space of a unit accommodating six guests.
